Leighton Meester plays fashionista and Upper Eastsider Blair Waldorf on the hit show “Gossip Girl.” In real life, the actress is gracing the cover of Gotham magazine. “Extra” was at the Big Apple party celebrating Leighton’s cover shot -- where the actress broke down her outfit, designer by designer.
