It's a Candie's Couture silk georgette and frosted baby sequin gown, designed exclusively for Hudgens.

Singing sensation Lady Gaga and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta, announced Thursday that they will officially launch the Born This Way Foundation (BTWF) on February 29 at Harvard University's Sanders Theatre.

Lady Gaga will be joined by some very special guests as she personally unveils the BTWF before a crowd of policymakers, non-profit organizations, foundation leaders and youths who are working to create a kinder and braver world.
"Extra's" Jerry Penacoli caught up with Sean Penn, Mel Gibson, Demi Moore, Kim Kardashian and others at the Cinema for Peace benefit for the J/P Haitian Relief Organization.
Penn explained, "The fact that there are still five hundred thousand people in tarp shelters is frustrating and dangerous."
