I AM DEFINATELY NOT A BIG FAN OF THIS OUTFIT. I THINK IT IS CLASHY AND IT ALMOST LOOKS LIKE A BATHING SUIT WITH A DRESS FOUND RANDOMLY IN HER MOTHERS OLD CLOTHING CLOSET WHEN SHE WAS YOUNGER. I DO REALLY LIKE WHITNEY BUT CONSIDERING SHE WORKS FOR TEEN VOUGE, I THOUGHT SHE WOULD HAVE A BETTER OUTFIT CHOOSEN FOR AN AWARD SHOW.

I do agree that this is clashy but she takes risks. Whitney can pull off anything with those legs. She is beautiful!
