After being diagnosed with breast cancer three months ago, Giuliana Rancic tells People of her upcoming double mastectomy, "I think scars tell such an incredible story. I'll always look at them and think, 'Wow, I made it through that.'"

The 37-year-old E! News anchor, who married "The Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic four years ago, revealed she still has her vulnerable moments. "Usually, it's two in the morning, and I'll turn around from Bill so I don't wake him up, and I just cry," the 37-year-old said. "I sob and think, 'How did this happen?'"
Stealing the spotlight Monday evening, good pal Sandra Bullock showed up to support Ryan Reynolds and his new body-swapping movie, "The Change-Up," at the film's Los Angeles premiere. Reynolds and co-star Jason Bateman stopped to chat with "Extra's" Renee Bargh on the red carpet, and both agreed Ms. Bullock -- decked out in a simple, black Lanvin jumpsuit -- looked beautiful.
Ryan, who has come a long way since starring in "The Proposal" with Bullock, and now one of the most eligible bachelors in Hollywood, revealed who accompanied him to the opening. "I just brought the whole Reynolds clan. I've got my mom and my brother."
Hundreds of Muggles lined up to catch a glimpse of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint walking the red carpet at the final, star-studded premiere, where Emma told "Extra," "This is almost more emotional for me because I know this is the last premiere I'm doing. This is really the last one."
Emma said her fans would probably be surprised to discover she loves to play ping-pong. "I'm amazing at table tennis. I'm like obsessed. It's kind of a nerdy thing I've been keeping that on the low, and I've been saving it for... [she checks the microphone flag] 'Extra'!"
Tom Hanks is making scooters look cool again in his newest flick, "Larry Crowne."
The actor rode in on the two-wheeler to the red carpet premiere and "Extra" brings you exclusive video of Tom making his grand entrance!
Hanks, jokingly said of his cute ride, "We sent out the word, 'Dee, dee, dee, dee... calling all scooters, calling all scooters,' and we showed up and we're gonna have a dandy parade!"
At the wild NYC premiere of "Transformers," star Josh Duhamel called it "unbelievable." Co-star Tyrese Gibson said, "I've never done anything like this in my life!" All for a little movie that's expected to earn just... $200 million by Monday!
Shia LaBeouf agreed, saying, "We're really proud of the movie, so you know it's nice to promote a movie you're proud of."

"Extra" was in New York for Monday night's Savage Beauty-themed event at the Metropolitan Costume Institute Gala. Hollywood A-listers glittered in exquisite gowns displaying an array of sequins, feathers, metallics and bold colors at one of the most sophisticated events in fashion, this year paying tribute to late designer Alexander McQueen.
Wearing a 2005 McQueen creation, Sarah Jessica Parker revealed, "They let me borrow it for tonight. I'm very touched and flattered to be wearing it. It will be back in the McQueen archives tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM."
"Extra's" Adrianna Costa says "olá" from Rio de Janeiro, along with the stars who voiced the characters in the upcoming animated film "Rio" -- Anne Hathaway, Jesse Eisenberg, and Jamie Foxx.
Costa found out it didn't take much to get the stars on board to jet down to the carnival city. "I was thrilled when they decided to have the premiere here," Hathaway exclaimed. The actress was able to bring her boyfriend, Adam Schulman, and wore a stunning Dolce & Gabbana number from the spring 2011 collection.
