It's not just talk... "Dr. Drew's Lifechangers" has already changed hundreds of lives -- and hundreds more are getting help every day!

In a mission launched by "Extra" to find answers from the world's leading experts, Dr. Drew Pinsky is now taking his show, "Dr. Drew's Lifechangers," to a new level this fall on The CW!
"It's about me interacting with people in such ways that change their lives," Dr. Drew explained to "Extra" host Mario Lopez.
Walgreens pharmacist Darshana Patel tells "Extra" three very important steps to avoid the flu this season.
Celebrity skin care specialist Nurse Jamie Sherrill road tests toners and reveals the truth about them. "Unless you have extremely oily or acne-prone skin, you don't really need to tone," she reveals.
If your skin type does require a toner, Nurse Jamie recommends French brand, Biologique Recherche, which is a "top-of-the-line cult favorite. A-lister celebrity makeup artists swear by this stuff."
Walgreens pharmacist Shereif Sorial gave tips on how to reorganize your medicine cabinet, starting with expired medication.
"Expiration dates are for real. Once dates are reached, products become less effective," Sorial explained.
As for four must-haves medicines you should always have handy, Sorial said, "Walgreens-brand Tylenol; two kinds of anti-allergy medication, one long-acting and one short; Benadryl, liquid form; and antacid tablets."
"Extra" Lifechanger Jeanette Jenkins is the Hollywood trainer, turning America on to exercise by turning back the clock!
"Think back to when you were a child and would just run outside and play," said Jenkins. "Everything from tennis, to ping-pong to basketball to dancing, hula-hooping. All these things burn calories and get you moving!"
Just ask singer/dancer Kelly Rowland, who gets into shape with Jenkins by jumping rope. Rowland said, "She brings the fun and the energy back into the workout."

Watch all the fun after the jump!
"Extra" caught up with Dr. Mehmet Oz, gearing up for Season 3 of his syndicated show, and the doc gave some tips he learned from traveling around the world this summer on how to improve your sex life and start your day without coffee!
Dr. Oz explained there is a sex famine in this country. "One of the reasons people aren't being intimate is one of the couples is snoring, keeping the other one up. It's interesting how many couples live apart from each other because of the noises they make."
His solution? Learn to play the Australian didjeridu. "There's something called a dijeridu," Dr. Oz explained. "It's a long instrument that you [blow]. It helps with sleep apnea because it builds up these muscles so they get stronger and they don't collapse when you fall asleep."
Beverly Hills plastic surgeon turned "Extra" Lifechanger Dr. Randal Haworth demonstrates a new procedure - through which you have a chance to see what a nose job could look like before signing up for a more custom (and permanent) solution.
