Monday night's "Dancing with the Stars" was nearly overshadowed by Cher's superstar presence in the audience. Chaz Bono's mom sat front and center and was in tears after Chaz's Rocky-themed performance.
"Extra's" Renee Bargh was backstage to chat with Bono -- who said, "My mom was more nervous than I was." Renee read a tweet that Cher had written, saying, "I wasn't expecting to be so nervous... broke my bracelet clapping. I'm so proud, Chaz was great!"
After her sexy performance with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy on Monday night's "Dancing with the Stars" -- with a special appearance by BFF John Travolta, Kirstie Alley dished about her "Dancing" diet secret and laughed, "I don't eat!"

(Determined to win "DWTS," Kirstie pulled out a "Vote Kirstie" sign in the parking lot of the reheasal studio on Monday.)
The actress pointed to a tattoo of a slim pin-up girl on Maks' back and declared, "This is me in a month-and-a-half." The actress also revealed, "I haven't weighed myself in the last four weeks." The slimmed-down actress may not know her weight, but she does have a goal in mind. "I bought these dresses from a [size] twelve to a two. Tonight I'm a six. When I'm a two, I'm done, people!"
Devoted fans of Kirstie Alley showed their support after her fall on Monday's episode of "Dancing with the Stars" via Twitter. Alley told "Extra's" Renee Bargh, "The thing I heard constantly -- it's not about the fall, it's about getting up."
After the performance, the duo triumphed with a high score of 21 from the judges. The fan favorite joked, "I blew my voice out. Maks blew his leg out. Hell, we're falling apart!"
On Monday night's episode of "Dancing," Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy danced a slow rumba to "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." As part of the routine, the dance pro grabbed Alley's leg, dragged her a few feet and then gently leaned over before his leg gave out and they both stumbled on stage.
The fall elicited a few gasps from the audience as Maksim winced in pain and even held his hands out indicating he needed to stop for a second. They were able to get up and finish the routine, and even earned 21 points from the judges.
Retired quarterback Brett Favre may be the next NFL player to join "DWTS," according to USA Today.

A Look Back at the Cast of "DWTS"
If Brett appears on the show, he will follow in the dance steps of retired or soon-to-be-retired NFL players Chad Ochocinco, Emmitt Smith, Kurt Warner, Jerry Rice and Warren Sapp.
Brooke Mueller, reality star and former wife of Charlie Sheen, is reportedly in talks to become a contestant on the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars." According to RadarOnline, a source revealed, "No formal offer has been made yet, but Brooke is a huge fan of the show, and would probably agree to appear given the opportunity."

The source added, "Brooke wants to make sure, however, that if she does go on the show, it won't adversely affect her sobriety. She is working very, very hard at staying sober, and she is committed to her recovery."
