A judge ruled in Halle Berry's favor in her ongoing custody battle with her ex, Gabriel Aubry -- who is now required to have his visits with three-year-old Nahla be supervised.

According to RadarOnline, the judge also ruled that Aubry is not allowed to have any overnight stays with Nahla.
A new report from People claims Demi Moore is seeking spiritual help from famous Indian guru, Deepak Chopra. Although her whereabouts are still unknown, a source revealed Moore is currently seeking treatment.

Moore has a long history with Chopra. In 1996, Demi visited him in India and has served on the board of advisors for his healing center in Carlsbad, Calif.
Actress Halle Berry reportedly has two stalkers; Richard Franco, a man who previously trespassed on Berry's property, and Robert Hoskins, the mental hospital escapee who once served 10 years in prison for stalking Madonna.

Franco, 27, was released on Jan. 21 after serving 193 days in L.A. County jail for felony stalking and burglary. Franco is required to stay 100 yards from Berry and Nahla.
"Today" show host Matt Lauer will reportedly reconsider leaving the NBC show after his contract ends in December, if the network gives him a significant pay increase... to the tune of $30M?!

According to TMZ, the negotiations are currently in the works, but if NBC agrees, Lauer could earn as much as $30 million a year. He is currently taking home $17 million, which means the $30-million payout would give him a whopping 76 percent pay raise.

Robert Dewey Hoskins, 54, escaped from a Los Angeles-area mental hospital last week. The man once served a 10-year sentence for stalking Madonna, and has reportedly threatened Halle Berry as well. UPDATE: Hoskins was picked up near Metropolitan State Hospital on Friday at around 9 AM, according to LAPD.
