1. How do I know if my entry was sent?

The very first time you enter an Extratv.com contest, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once you get the E-mail, follow its instructions to verify your entry. Once your entry is verified, you are officially entered to win the contest. After your first entry, you will no longer receive confirmation e-mails; your entries will be verified and eligible to win as soon as you hit “enter.”

2. What happens if I don’t verify my registration the first time I enter?

If you don’t follow the instructions in the E-mail, your entry will not be verified and you will not be eligible to win the contest, or any future contests.

3. What if I didn’t receive my confirmation E-mail?

If you did not receive an E-mail, it’s likely because you’re using a SPAM blocking or SPAM filtering service. In order for the confirmation E-mail to pass the SPAM blocking, you must add the E-mail address verify@telepictures.12asp.com to your whitelist or address book. If you’re unsure if you have filtering, ask your Internet service provider. Companies like AOL, Earthlink, Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN and many others have SPAM filtering. If you do not receive and respond to your confirmation E-mail, your registration to “Extra” newsletters and contests will not be completed.

4. Will you contact me if I win a contest?

If you win a contest, you will receive a letter and your prize in the mail. Contest prizes usually go out within three weeks of when the contest appears online.

5. Can I enter more than once?

Each person is only permitted one entry per contest.
