It's Friday and Lopez and I are off to ATL. The cool thing about this trip is I get to eat again! The on-air weight loss journey is over, but it doesn't mean I'm slowing down or stopping. I've been keeping the weight under control, not that I'm paranoid about gaining some back, but I have put on around 3 pounds. I just feel fantastic, better then ever!
I’m finishing up my last hour of a grueling two-day training session with Pena... I'm now feeling like I can try out for the Chargers next season as a walk on!!! Not really, but I'm feeling better then ever!!!
Mario's buddy Tuddy is experienced in running, boxing and weightlifting, but the key to slimming down is to really mix things up! Tuddy jumped into mixed martial arts training -- with a professional fighter!
With only a week and a half left in my weight loss journey, I'm feeling better then ever! Although I'd hope to stay in L.A. for the final 2 weeks of training to really buckle down, focus on the training and dial it in, Lopez and I are off at 4:30 AM Sunday morning for a quick but eventful and busy trip to the Big Apple.
Tuddy weighed in at 201 lbs. when he started working out with Mario and trainer Jimmy Pena. How much weight has he dropped so far?
I'm sitting in one of the most amazing and coolest suites I've ever been in (Mario's suite at Hotel Zaza in Dallas). I think this is my last trip until my final weigh-in at the end of the month. Great times, wonderful people and Roman-esque meals (except for mine).
After spending an eventful and grueling 5 days in NYC, getting in at 1 AM (10 PM L.A. time), Lopez and I were up a few hours later and hitting the gym... every morning before work!!!
Mario's pal Tuddy was a little down after only dropping a pound last week -- so Jimmy Pena decided it was time for a change of scenery! Tuddy hit the great outdoors with his trainer, but quickly learned that an outdoor workout wouldn't be a walk in the park.
