'Like Mike'
Rapper Bow Wow is heading to the big screen.
The 15-year-old is showing some of the NBA’s best his own
moves on the basketball court in his new movie "Like
Mike."
Bow Wow says, "I'm looking forward to schooling them in some one on one."
Bow Wow plays a pint sized teenager who finds a pair of magic
sneakers and his dream of dunking in the NBA comes true. NBA
star Tracy McGrady says, "I never shot a movie before,
so I thought it would be great."
McGrady is one of several real life athletes in the movie. McFrady says on the court, the little rapper has all the right moves. He says, "If he grows a few inches, he definitely has a shot at playing at the level I’m playing at now. But he definitely has to grow."
And if does, Bow Wow says he's ready to put his rap records on hold for a shot at living out his hoop dream. He says, "I can’t wait until I get to the league. I’m going to Duke, and then from Duke I’m going to be the number one draft pick."
If his hoop dream doesn't come true, Bow Wow can still hold court with his super successful rap career.
