The Future Pretty Woman

Thirteen-year-old Emma Roberts, the daughter of Julia's brother, Eric, is suddenly the center of Hollywood's attention. Having landed the lead role on a new show on Nickelodeon, and with two new movies coming out in the fall, Emma is on her way to becoming the Roberts family's next big star.

"At first I said, ‘No way, they picked me?'" Emma told of her reaction to being selected for the lead in "Unfabulous."

Only "Extra" received the invite to Emma's photo shoot for the TV comedy, about a quirky 13-year-old coping with teenage life. "She's not afraid to be who she is," Emma said of her character. "Even if she's not the most popular girl in school."

Emma beat out dozens of other young actors for the lead role, which will also show off her musical talent. And with all of Emma's success, it's no surprise her dad is singing her praises. "He was really thrilled to hear about my show," Emma told us. "He was so happy for me, really supportive."

Along with her talent and unmistakable smile, which she obviously inherited from Julia, Emma got some great advice from her mega-star aunt. "The advice she's given me is mostly the same as my dad," Emma said. "She just tells me to have fun and to be myself and do my best."

Emma also admitted that turning out like Aunt Julia wouldn't be all that bad. "I love all the movies she's done," she said. "If my career goes in the same way hers did, I think that would be great."

Hollywood always has room for another pretty woman.
