Desperately Seeking J.Lo
It's been six weeks since she and Marc Anthony tied the knot, but from posh boutiques to big Hollywood premieres, Lopez has vanished from her former haunts. So where in the world is Jennifer Lopez?
According to People magazine Senior Editor
Julie Dam, Jennifer couldn't be happier: "Marc and Jennifer
are living a very private existence these days," Dam tells
us. "They are the most private couple in Hollywood. They
love spending time together at home, not really going out."
It's a far cry from Jennifer's jet set days with Ben. In the
August issue of InStyle magazine, Lopez admits she was, "a
little careless in the past," but now that she's with Anthony,
"it's like everything I did before really doesn't matter."
In the interview, which Jennifer gave two weeks before her secret wedding, the star also finds it funny that "they're making me out to be a serial marrying person or something... I'm laughing at that."
Meanwhile, Anthony has been spotted spending most days on the set with Jennifer as she films "Monster-in-Law" with Jane Fonda. But what about the nights?
"They just like cuddling at home and spending time together," reveals Dam. "When they are at home, he often brings out his guitar and strums and sings along while they are talking."
The couple's bond is so strong that Lopez, who turns 35 this Saturday, has even given up her beloved shopping sprees. "Unlike the days of Jennifer and Ben, when they were out shopping for Bentleys and that sort of thing all the time, she stays home," Dam says. "And if she needs something, she has an assistant go out for it."
Looks like Jenny from the block is happy to be in the house.
