Shaq's Dallas Hoop Dreams
Shaquille O'Neal and his wife, Shaunie, gave "Extra" the VIP treatment with a grand tour of their 18-room, super-sized home. The couple recently put the house on the market for a cool $7.5 million.
"We have definitely outgrown it," Shaunie insisted. "We didn't know we were going to end up with five kids, and possibly more if you leave it up to my husband."
While rumors swirl as to where O'Neal will end up after having requested a trade from the LA Lakers two weeks ago, Shaunie puts her two cents on the record with "Extra." "Right now, I'd love to go to Dallas," she told us. And in a comment directed right at Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, she said, "Hint, hint, so Mark, if you're listening."
As for her husband's current employment situation, Shaunie stays relaxed. "This was originally the plan," she insisted, "We were going to sell the house. Now it just seems more dramatic than it is, but whatever works."
If putting the house on the market creates movement on the job front, Shaunie is all for it. "If it helps move things along." she says, "If this means business, then hey, we mean business."
