'Coupling'

It has been called the raciest show to ever hit network TV. "Coupling," the controversial new NBC sitcom about six single thirty-something’s who are, well, more than just friends.

Rena Sofer says, "The underlying current of this show isn't about being friends. It's about the sex in their lives"

NBC’s president of entertainment Jeff Zucker admits some viewers may be shocked when "Coupling" joins his must-see Thursday night lineup this fall. He says, "I think it will have people talking at the water cooler on Friday morning."

"Coupling" has been described as a cross between "Friends" and "Sex and the City." But resident bombshell Rena Sofer insists this Americanized version of a smash hit British comedy series will be "unlike anything you've ever seen."

And co-star Colin Ferguson is downright blunt about it. He says, "You're dealing with a bunch of people who have had relations with, have relations with, or want to have relations with each other."
