Jennifer Lopez' Divorce
She has movies, her own fashion line, and a string
of hit records. But did Jennifer Lopez' skyrocketing career
cut her marriage short? Extra has the story in tonight's Showbiz
Insider.
"Clearly, Chris felt like he wasn't getting his due in the relationship," says Janice Min, an executive editor at "US Magazine." She claims that at the heart of the breakup was Judd's desire to have a traditional marriage, and to be the family's breadwinner.
But it's not possible for J-Lo to be anyone's shadow, reports
Janice. She says, "Sources tell us that divorce does seem likely
-- that there'll probably not be a reconciliation. What is unknown
right now is whether they had a prenuptial agreement."
Even though the marriage only lasted nine months, Judd could get a settlement worth up to 12-million dollars. He is reportedly angry, heartsick and shopping a tell-all book about his life with the pop diva.
Since the split, Lopez has been romantically linked in the press
to Ben Affleck and Ralph Fiennes. But "US Magazine" claims that
it appears as if Lopez has never gotten over her former flame
-- P-Diddy. "They are talking on the phone several times a day.
They do both have special feelings for each other. But right
now, there is no romance."
Meantime, J-Lo's in New York finishing a movie called "The Chamber Maid," and pouring her heart into the one love that's never let her down - her work.
