Not All of the Good Ones Are Taken
Only the sexiest single men on the planet made
the coveted list. And with the gorgeous stars, sports gods
and hot reality hunks who make up the hottest bachelors in
the country, this is one issue of People magazine that's sure
to sell fast. That's right, it's time for People's annual
50 Sexiest Bachelor List.
People writer Erika Souter revealed that heartthrob
Orlando Bloom landed this year's cover because, "He is
absolutely gorgeous and talented. He's like the thinking woman's
heartthrob."
But Orlando claims he's still learning to live with all this
sex symbol stuff. "I'm trying to find a stride and a rhythm
with it," he admitted.
The obvious sex symbols made the list, including Tom Cruise, Ben Affleck and bad boy Colin Farrell. But humble tennis ace Andy Roddick also joined in for the fun, though he says, "I don't see it, to be honest."
And after NASCAR star Kasey Kahne found out he made the list, he also insisted, "It's really surprising to me."
But if racecar drivers don't get your heart racing, check out the latest reality Romeo, Aussie "Outback Jack" star Vadim Dale, who states, "I love women. I love looking after women."
And People certainly couldn't forget "Survivor" sex symbol Colby Donaldson, who told us, "If I ever am sexy or feel sexy it's when I'm in my jeans and boots working." No complaints here.
This year's list even includes a little something "Extra"
-- our own Charlie Maher. "We had to put Charlie on the
list because half the world was rooting for him on ‘The Bachelorette,'"
Souter told us.
And you may see one of People's picks coming to a town near
you. Ketchup heir and eligible bachelor Chris Heinz, who also
made the cut, has been helping his stepfather, John Kerry, in
his campaign for president. But don't get your hopes up. Heinz
told us, "It's been very difficult to date because I travel
a lot right now."
Well, even so, there'll be plenty of other beautiful bachelors to pick from when People magazine hits newsstands on Friday.
