Beckham's Workout Revealed!

David Beckham revealed his muscular body for a Men's Health photo shoot -- and "Extra" got a behind-the-scenes peek at the soccer hunk's steamy pix.

"I am a sportsman and I believe in healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle," said Beckham. "It was great for me to be a part of that." The L.A. Galaxy star admitted that his buff bod was the result of hard work. "I look after myself -- I watch what I eat, and I watch what I drink."

The father of three also opened up about his favorite way to unwind -- spending time with his sons and "Posh" wife. "I'd rather spend four hours with them than four hours on the golf course."

Heidi and Spencer the Next Beckhams?

Reality TV's Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are opening up to "Extra" about their relationship, including Heidi's infamous "Higher" video, filmed by Spencer. Heidi said she was never a fan of the video, saying, "I didn't really like the song. My boyfriend and I shot it in ten minutes as a joke and put it out, but now I'm really in a studio and I'm really doing my album and music." And there's more.

Spence revealed his big online plans. "We're about to launch our social website. It's going to be bigger than MySpace, bigger than Facebook." The couple cites Victoria and David Beckham as their role models for their joint venture. "They're great with their branding, but Speidi is going take it to another level," Heidi added. "I mean, I definitely want to surpass both of them."

While Montag and Pratt are often ridiculed for their documented romance, Heidi said they try to ignore the negativity. "I think there's people who frown upon and hate on whatever you do, but I think you have to focus on the positive."

"Extra's" interview with Heidi and Spencer airs tomorrow; Tuesday, June 24th.

Stars Cheer at NBA Finals

Basketball-happy celebrities crowded into courtside seats to watch the L.A. Lakers beat the Celtics, 87-81, in Game 3 of the NBA Finals. Chief Lakers fan Jack Nicholson cheered the team on, as well as David Beckham, Hilary Duff, Steven Spielberg, Hugh Hefner and his bunnies, and "Sex and the City" sweetheart Kristin Davis -- just to name a few!

"This is very exciting -- I have been a Lakers fan for a long time," said Davis, "the crowd is crazy-rowdy. They just have to get the ball to Kobe."

Die-hard stars also flocked to support the Celtics, including funnyman Steve Carell and NKOTB singer Donnie Wahlberg. The halftime show featured a performance from "Idol" champ David Cook -- and the ex-bartender confessed to People magazine that he had a serious case of jitters! "That was the scariest thing I've ever done," said Cook.

Glam it Like Beckhams

Superstar couple Victoria and David Beckham looked like fashion superheroes, embracing the theme at New York's Costume Institute gala last night. The British lovebirds donned Giorgio Armani, with David opting for a classy tux, and Victoria stepping out in a posh lace dress.

Armani, this year's Honorary Chair of the A-list event, also dressed co-chairs George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

Spice Girls Take Staples Center by Storm

Girl power was in full force last night as Victoria Beckham and her Spice Girls busted out their world tour at the Staples Center.

Backstage, "Extra" got the scoop from the girls on what it's like to reunite after ten years apart.

"It's like the Walton's on tour," joked Geri Halliwell. Victoria added, "It's been so nice for all...All of our kids have been joining in with the singing lessons, dancing... It's just been great and I think none of us could have done it if we hadn't had all of our family with us... It's what makes us happy."
