"Extra" has obtained court documents showing just how much Kevin Federline spends -- and more interestingly, on what. The papers reveal the former backup dancer and wannabe rapper has an affinity for liquor stores, golf clubs, swanky Sin City hotels, fast food joints and Toys 'R' Us.

The dad of four spent $649 at Toys 'R' Us, $351 at Party House Liquor in Tarzana, $43 at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles, $477 at a Honey Baked Ham store, $415 at the Malibu Country Club, $1,200 at Burke Williams Spa, and thousands at various Las Vegas hotels.

As of 2007, K-Fed had $126,054 in assets. His total income -- from acting roles, music and other appearances -- brought him $533,074. Britney's lawyer, Stacy Phillips, is arguing that K-Fed "understated his income" and tried to write-off large tips as business expenses. The docs reveal K-Fed left a $600 tip on a $2,000 bill.

Recovering mother of two, Britney Spears, donned a purple silk dress, and appeared to be in good spirits, as she had her first visit with her sons since she was hauled away on a gurney on Jan. 3.

Brit saw the tots this weekend after K-Fed's lawyers kindly agreed to give Brit some visitation. The 26-year-old mom spent three hours with Sean and Jayden at her Studio City home – in the company of a therapist.

She did, however, appear unnerved -- taking multiple cigarette and bathroom breaks during dinner. They left the restaurant at 9:30 p.m. and pushed through paparazzi with the aide of the Mastro’s staff.

Last night, X17 Online caught Brit and dad on a trip to a gas station, where Brit stayed uncharacteristically low in the backseat, tucked under a jacket.

Britney Spears visited a West Hollywood hair salon last night where a team of stylists updated her ‘do – but they weren’t alone! A pack of paparazzi followed the troubled pop star’s every move until cops put an end to the spectacle.

X17 Online captured the chaos as eager photogs swarmed the salon windows and snapped away despite tightly-drawn curtains.

The photogs got so out of control at one point that the West Hollywood police arrived to mellow the frenzy. Several cameramen were handcuffed and hauled away.

X17 also snapped another paparazzi visitor for Brit last night – her boy-toy Adnan Ghalib. He was reportedly making his way to Brit’s Beverly Hills home before being caught by his fellow paps and speeding off into the night.

After a contentious day in court, no changes were made in visitation rights for Britney Spears. A judge ruled that she’ll continue to have phone contact only with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

The fallen pop idol does have a new lawyer, however. She’ll be represented by Stacy Phillips, who once represented Bobby Brown in his divorce from Whitney Houston. But there’s a catch – the court ruled Britney can choose her own lawyer once her father Jamie’s conservatorship ends.

Also today, the L.A. family court commissioner rejected a request by Britney’s attorneys for a gag order, saying it wasn’t the court’s job to protect the troubled star from paparazzi.

The custody hearing was the first since Britney’s mental breakdowns. She hasn’t seen her kids since Jan. 3, when she reportedly locked herself in a bathroom with Jayden.

Kevin Federline is currently seeking full custody, but reports say Britney could be granted some sort of limited physical access.

Today’s hearing could also see a change in Brit’s legal team. L.A attorney Sorrell Trope has asked – twice – to be removed from her case.

Trope reportedly requested a gag order in the case, but the judge has denied the request.

If passed, the gag order would have barred anyone involved from speaking publicly about anything going on behind courtroom doors.

Britney Spears managed to shock the paparazzi when she stumbled out of her car yesterday wearing a bright pink wig and a barely-there skirt.

The pop star, 26, chewed her fingernails and appeared confused as she stepped out of her white Mercedes in West Hollywood.

“I’m scared,” she told cameramen as light bulbs flashed. But an instant later and she was smiling and laughing, apparently trying to find her way to the Hustler store. She abandoned the mission when the camera crush grew too large.

Despite repeated denials from those closest to her, rumors continue to swirl that Britney Spears is pregnant.

Britney Spears’ mom, Lynne, is set to write a tell-all book, according to Publishers Marketplace.

Lynne has reportedly inked a deal with publisher Thomas Nelson, which also distributes Bibles and inspirational books. The tell-all will hit shelves next year.

"All that stuff in the tabloids about my rejecting her, somebody else made up those stories," he insisted. "I have only heartfelt concern for her situation, and I hope her career gets back on track."

He added that he'd love to have Britney appear in the magazine as soon as she gets her personal life straightened out.

“Extra” has obtained the minute order from the Superior Court of California that was issued today in regard to Britney Spears’ alleged hit-and-run in August.

The offenses are listed as, “Count 01:…Hit and Run/Property Damage and Count 02: …Unlicensed Driver.”

The court order reads, “Defendant [Spears] is ordered to return proof of booking on the next court date,” which is set for October 25. That means that Britney must be fingerprinted and photographed before Oct. 25, when she is required to appear in court.

Britney did not appear for today's hearing. Her attorney said that she can go to any L.A. police station for her mug shot.

Britney Spears has handed her two boys over to Kevin Federline following a judge’s order that she temporarily lose custody.

The troubled pop star reportedly gave Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, to Kevin’s bodyguards yesterday before driving to the DMV to finally apply for a California driver’s license. She also reportedly went tanning just after dropping off the boys.

Today, there are new reports that Britney’s failure to apply for that license may be one reason she temporarily lost the kids.

“Extra” has learned that she could not provide a California driver’s license and had failed to take a court-ordered drug and alcohol test. However, her lawyer says there is no evidence Britney actually failed a drug and alcohol test.

"Extra" has found that Britney Spears does have a valid license.

According to the Louisiana State Police, her license was issued in 2002. It is valid until 2009.
