The lawyer who represented Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter is asking for nearly $200,000 dollars in legal fees. He wants the money to come from the trust set up in Dannielynn’s name.

Richard Milstein was the court-appointed guardian for Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead during the time that lawyers disputed over Anna Nicole’s body. He also helped arrange her funeral. In his filing, Milstein said he worked for just over two weeks.

Journalist Rita Cosby was served with legal papers over her controversial book, “Blonde Ambition” – at her own book signing!

The TV journalist was handed the papers last night in Manhattan just as she walked into the signing for the book, which claims to tell the untold story behind Anna Nicole Smith’s death.

Howard K. Stern had vowed to sue the author over her explosive allegations, including a claim that he made a secret deal with Larry Birkhead during the paternity battle for baby Dannielynn.

Stern is now accusing her of libel in a whopping $60 million suit.

Larry Birkhead is having girl problems!

"I'm getting smacked, kicked, punched, bitten everyday," Larry told "Extra" about his gorgeous daughter Dannielynn, 10 months. "Dannielynn's got six teeth, and she uses every one of them every day on me!"

That leaves Larry with little bite marks and bruises all over his body -- but the devoted dad wouldn't have it any other way.

"The only lady in my life is my daughter, and she takes all my time, and that's all I need right now," he said.

Larry Birkhead left the Bahamas Wednesday morning and touched down in the United States for the first time with his little girl.

An emotional Birkhead told reporters, “It feels good to be home.”

Birkhead took Dannielynn to his hometown in Kentucky, where the duo will meet his extended family for the first time.

Then on Friday, they will head off to the annual Kentucky Derby, which is where Birkhead first met Anna Nicole.

“So to come home, it’s kind of full circle,” Birkhead said.

OK Magazine’s Jennifer Birns also told us that Larry and former foe Howard K. Stern are suddenly good friends.

“Howard and Larry are really getting along,” Birn told us. “Larry actually would have a relationship with Howard. He doesn’t blame him. It’s not his fault. Anna had her own mind.”

In other news, Larry told OK magazine that Anna Nicole e-mailed him just three days before Dannielynn’s birth, saying, “Don’t fall in love again. I'd be a bit jealous."

She was one of the heavenly bodies on last season’s “Dancing with the Stars.”

But now Willa Ford is undergoing a dramatic transformation, packing on the pounds to play Anna Nicole Smith.

After nailing the audition and dying her hair platinum blonde, Willa Ford dished she has finally come into the world of the late Playboy bunny, model and reality TV star.

“The bigger she got, the less she wanted to move,” she said of Anna.

Larry Birkhead, who was officially declared the biological father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby Dannielynn on Wednesday, revealed to the press that there is no need to share legal custody of the child.

While Birkhead may be the little girl’s father, there is still a hearing scheduled for Friday where a judge will discuss the details of who will raise the 7-month-old millionaire.

Although Anna’s former lawyer and sometimes lover Howard K. Stern has been caring for the baby since Smith’s tragic death, Stern revealed Tuesday he will not fight for custody.

However, Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, indicated that she might, but Birkhead confessed he hopes that’s not the case.

Larry Birkhead emerged from a Bahamas courthouse Tuesday to announce he is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn.

While he revealed he couldn't talk about specifics, he held his arms high above his head proclaiming, "I hate to say I told you so."

Asked what he'll do now as the proud father of the baby girl, Birkhead replied, "I'm going to the toy store."

"Thank you for your support," he said, fighting back tears.

Playboy founder and babe magnet Hugh Hefner is the one person in Anna Nicole Smith’s life who hasn’t talked about her tragic death…until now.

“We live in a tabloid world these days, and to become part of that seemed inappropriate,” Hefner said about his silent mourning.

In his first sit-down interview since Anna’s death, Hugh Hefner, the man who launched Smith into superstardom as Playmate of the Year in 1993, shared his personal heartache about losing the blonde bombshell.

“She was magic in front of the camera,” he said.

Is Larry Birkhead being taken to the cleaners by the lawyer he fired two weeks ago?

Yes, according to TMZ.com, who reports that Birkhead just received a bill from his former attorney Debra Opri for more than $620,000, which includes $25 from her husband’s laundry, $600 for a lobster dinner and 18 limo trips to and from court.

TMZ’s managing editor Harvey Levin told “Extra” that Birkhead even got a whopping bill for attending Anna Nicole’s funeral.

“She charged 10 hours for the funeral, and we know this. He had asked her not even to show up,” Levin dished. “There is going to be a big dispute over Debra Opri’s legal bill.”

On Monday morning, Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger revealed former reality TV star and Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith died from a drug overdose.

Tiger also said there was no evidence of foul play and that the overdose was accidental.

The medical examiner's office had said on March 7 that the cause of Smith's death had been determined, but it would not be announced for one to two weeks to give police time to finish the investigation.

Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper wanted to make sure none of the investigators' findings change any of his own findings, his office said then.

Tiger said the Anna Nicole Smith case is now officially closed.

Attorney Debra Opri came straight to “Extra” to talk about the decision she made to end her professional relationship with Larry Birkhead.

"I just had enough,” she told “Extra’s” Carlos Diaz. “I can't represent a client who has a middle man by the name of Howard K. Stern. I feel very comfortable in my decision, and I wish Larry the best. But I am worried about him."

Opri admitted that she is worried about Birkhead because, "I just don't like the influence of this middle man, Howard K. Stern, and it was just too much to handle. I couldn't continue with the way things were going."

Debra went on to say, "I don't want anyone to think that I'm jumping ship. He's close enough. He's getting the DNA results today in the Bahamas. I didn't abandon Larry. "

The cause of Anna Nicole Smith’s death has been determined, but will not be announced for up to two weeks to allow police time to close their investigation.

Anna Nicole, who tragically passed away Feb. 8, was just 39-years-old at the time of her death at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper also revealed he’s implemented the delay to make sure none of the investigators' findings change any of his own findings, his office stated Thursday.

While a preliminary autopsy last month indicated that Smith did not appear to be a victim of foul play, the final reports will finally allow the former model and Playboy Playmate to rest in peace.
