NY Jet Mark Sanchez is gearing up for another season while trying to squeeze in a love life.

"Extra's" AJ Calloway chatted with Sanchez, as they played the new "Halo" videogame (out this month), and asked who Sanchez thought would be the ideal girl for him. "Just someone who can understand how busy I am," he replied.

The 23-year-old briefly dated Jamie Lynn Sigler of "The Sopranos," but recently split with her. Sanchez said she "understood" his crazy schedule.

"I just needed to focus on what I'm doing and she understood," Sanchez explained. "She was very understanding while we were together and now. We're still close. She's one of the coolest girls I've ever been around."

His teammates had a suggestion -- how about "Jersey Shore's" Snooki? "No!" Sanchez laughed.
