The funnyman was recently spotted leaving an L.A. eatery with "Top Chef" food critic Padma Lakshmi. Are they an item? Or just dining?

Lakshmi has been known to date slightly older men, including her baby daddy Adam Dell, author Salman Rushdie and Teddy Frostmann.

Spade has paired up with some other hot women, including Heather Locklear, Nicollette Sheridan, Kristy Swanson, Carmen Electra, Julie Bowen, Lara Flynn Boyle, Teri Hatcher and Pam Anderson.

Spade has a child with Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace.
