Report: Corey Haim Had Enlarged Heart

Corey Haim reportedly had pulmonary congestion, an enlarged heart and water in his lungs, according to preliminary findings of the L.A. County Coroner's Office.

Haim's mother, Judy, has been told of the conditions found during the autopsy, but the coroner has not confirmed what caused Haim's death and will not do so until the toxicology report is in, reports TMZ.

Cops reportedly found four prescription meds, including Valium, Vicodin and Soma, in the Haims' apartment.

This is so sad no one could help him or the others! What does it take to stop them? Why do they have to get drugs when they make big money, and who in the heck got Corey his first drugs, a true friend? I feel so bad for his mother.

Pulmonary congestion and fluid-filled lungs are very common findings in drug overdose deaths, due to their coma-like state prior to passing… so don’t get too excited there, mom… =/
