Usher is letting twenty showbiz hopefuls shoot his next video. The teens are divided into two teams -- and the team that receives the most online votes gets to produce the music video for the hitmaker's next single, "More." I just what to say it inspires me greatly to see a star give to these young people. If only you knew how much it meant to those kids. I was a chaperone to my nephew who was only 14 years old, and this experience has changed him forever. He has so far had a fairly rough life and this opportunity has given him hope and thoughts of a wonderful future. I applaud the people how put everything in order and to Usher for sharing your dreams with others.
