Rob Pattinson 'Working Out' Haiti Telethon

George Clooney's "Hope for Haiti" telethon may be inundated with calls from teenage girls looking for their favorite vampire.

Sources tell Gossip Cop that "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson is looking to get involved with the telethon, saying, "We are in the process now of working out his participation from London."

Over 40 stars have been confirmed for the event, which will include performances by Bono, Sting, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and Alicia Keys.

"Hope for Haiti" airs live January 22 on MTV channels around the world as well as ABC, NBC, HBO and CNN, starting at 8 PM EST.

This telethon is going to help the people of Haiti tremendously. I’m so proud to be a fan of so many of the celebs and performers who are taking time out of their busy schedules for this effort. I can’t wait to tune in on Friday.
