"I am really excited to be a host of the 2010 Westminster Dog Show," Lopez says. "I've been doing my research and checking out some of the world's top dog shows, so I'm well prepared on show day. I can't wait to be a part of the Super Bowl for canines!"

The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show will air on USA.

im sure i speak for everyone who shows dogs when i say, “this is a huge disappointment to turn the worlds most prestigious dog show into a mockery. Mario Lopez has no clue about dog shows or even dogs. He will make a fool of himself and upset many professional handlers by his ignorance on the topic..” good luck finding the right people to interview as well. Poor Dave Frye will have to do all the foot work this yr.. too bad they cant find someone who knows what their doing around a show…

Mario needs to get himself a PUG - the freiendliest, move dosile dog there is, a family, people friendly, dog. I have 2, replacing my last 2 that died last year, and love them.
