Glassman's attorney Stephanie Ovadia tells People magazine they both want to discuss Gosselin's, 32, allegations that Glassman, 22, ransacked their New York City apartment last weekend. The exes also want to talk about Glassman's claim that Gosselin pushed her.

"The parties reached out to each other," Ovadia says. "They mutually reached out to each other and they're going to try to resolve whatever outstanding issues they have."

Ovadia plans to issue a statement once an agreement is reached.

Idk why ppl keep thinkin john’s the bad guy when it takes 2 to start something form what I heard john’s not a bad guy and from what I seen he a good guy that did everything in his best to make his wife happy but nooo all she does is complain about this and take its like nothin makes her happy but who am I to say how to treat ur husbands and yes kate is a good mother but come on women gotta let lose abit not everything has to be ur way….And from what the look of it those kids are goin to grow up not likin there parent if they keep arguein on national tv sayin he said this she said that….like grow up and start be parents not teenagers..just dont look back and move on…ok well i think i said my tocents..sorry if i was hursh but everyone goes thought it…

Hailey should just move on, he has shown his true colors with his bedding every woman he could. Once a cheat always one! If she is not careful he will be asking her for the child suppot payment. I dont see him being able to afford it. MOVE ON HAILEY.
