Heidi Montag Wants Size 'H' Breasts

Heidi Montag just had ten plastic surgery procedures, but she's already thinking about the next time she'll go under the knife.

Montag, 23, underwent multiple cosmetic enhancements -- including her second breast augmentation -- but still wants more. Heidi admits her chest is now a "triple D, F. I like the F. I actually want H for Heidi."

The "Hills" star says of her nip/tuck, "I had a little bit of botox, an eyebrow lift, my ears tucked, I had my nose re-aligned, fat injections put into my cheeks, my lips done and I had my chin shaved down."

Montag thinks her new look is an "upgrade."

Three months after undergoing the procedures, Heidi tells "Extra's" Terri Seymour that she went under the knife because of underlying insecurities about her looks.

Heidi claims to have been teased as a kid in school, saying. "It always kinda held me back from a certain inner light and an inner happiness."

"Hills" co-star Lo Bosworth has blasted Heidi for the message she's sending to young women, but Montag dismisses that, saying her cosmetic surgery will not decide whether young women follow in her surgical footsteps.

"Young girls who want to get it would get it regardless," Heidi explains. "They need to know how severe it is and how serious and real it is. And that's why I wanted to share my story with it. It's not that you just go in and come out and it's great a week later."

Montag says her husband Spencer Pratt was initially dead-set against the surgeries. "Spencer was like, 'You are crazy. You've officially lost it. I think you should see a therapist before you go.'"

It’s a wonder they don’t drop off & split her open, they are huge on her small frame. They will lose gravity & will make nothing but backaches. God forbid she should need CPR—no one could reach her heart with those bowling balls.

i personally think that Heidi took it too far…think of the image she’s putting out into the world…the message she’s giving young girls or even teen girls that watch The Hills…she’s not projecting a healthy image…i think there is something wrong with her and that she needs to seek professional help…and not a plastic surgeoun

I think so looked way better before. I used to think she was beautiful now I think she looks like that “cat lady”. Now she looks terrible!!!!! Not very beautiful at all….

She needs psychological help. Why would a twenty something want to look like a forty something? Honestly she looks awful. She looked beautiful before, now she looks like life size Barbie. That girl is nuts!

I think Heidi does look like the cat woman. She looks fake. Wait she is fake on the inside why not make the outside the same. She is so ugly. Imagine her having kids and not one of them looking anything like her. How awful for them!

I think she looks terrible!! She looks soooo much Older! When you put her before photo next to the after photo…..she looks like a 40 something and could be the mother to the before Heidi!!OMG I would be so upset and would feel so sorry if one of my own daughters had done this! There is no turning back the clock for her now. She will never look as pretty as she was before all the surgeries. She looks like a Drag Queen!!

Do not allow people to vote on her before and after. That is evil and cruel.

Of course she did these things to herself for approval, to get attention and to keep it because that is where her power has been coming from. Beauty and its unrealistic standard is what she is famous for.

What can she do about it now? Hang her disapproved-of face in shame?

Anyone who casts a vote on this woman’s face is part of the same mistake.

I think that, that reality show that her and Spencer did about how to become famous has also gone to her head. I didn’t know who she was until I watched, ”I’m a celebrity, get me out of here”. I couldn’t get over that couple’s ways of thinking. They both need a lot of help if you ask me, and it isn’t in the looks department. Heidi was like a ray of sunshine, and now she looks more like a desperate housewife. She needs to stop before she does more damage. She isnt making herself look better at all. Others are only viewing herself as a vain person. She said it was because of when she was younger, well that was then not now, let go and stop using it as an excuse. I was made fun of when I was younger, and I have no insecurites about my looks now. It’s sad, I really think she is just lost and bored, and has nothing better to do. I didn’t recognize the new her. If someone doesn’t like you for you then screw them!

It is sad Heidi will NEVER know what she would of grown up to look like. She was already pretty and if she did not see that there will NEVER be enough plastic surgeons in the world to help her. This picture, Terri and Heidi, already shows,the real, Heidi GONE. Stop Heidi, if you can love yourself ,inside, you will be happy with the out side. Vanity is not pretty. Confidence is.

I think that this is horrible and rediculous. She is a classic case of plastic surgery addiction. She does need to seek professional help if she still feels like she needs to work on herself more. Her first modifications were fine, and she looked great. But now she looks like plastic, and not in a good way. It’s really sad to know that some one could have such a low self esteem to let others influence the demise of your own body. I am the same age as her and I am a beautiful woman that would NEVER consider doing any of the things she’s done!!!!
