I think Bette Midler would be a great addition to either show but more for X Factor. She is funny, perky, and a huge talent. She would keep it interesting but would also have a lot of advice to share.

LOL @ Sting. He very publicly slated the UK show last year, with Simon using the show to very publicly slate Sting back for denying young kids the opportunity to get a foot in the door!

Paula is a given. I don’t think any of the current UK panel other than Simon would work, but former judge Sharon Osbourne would be a great coup - and it seems to be an unwritten rule someone must leave America’s Got Talent every season!
