what tip did u say first thatll help u lose 4-9 pounds of belly fat a week?
Jorge, did you say 15 or 50 sugar g per day? And what quantity of berries? My search shows 1C Raspberries at 5.4, and Blackberries at 7 g sugar and 1/2 the amount of potassium as a banana. I’m goin’ nuts trying to burn the fat and stay healthy. Oatmeal, 0 g sugar, 1/4 C raisins, 29 g. 1 C Fiber One cerial, 6 g sugar, 1 C Fat Free Milk, 14 g sugar. 1 Tbsp honey, 16 g sugar. Apples, no listing. 8 oz Light Cranberry juice cocktail (kidney stones), 10 g sugar. 1/4 C Cranberry sauce, 21 g sugar. Crasins (sweetened cranberries) 1/3 C, 26 g sugar. 1 potato, 1 g sugar and 21% daily requirement of potassium, hurray!
Now what about satisfying all our other needs and restrictions: calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs, protein, vitamins and minerals. Dr. Oz, among others, recently states how important Omega3 oils are, but there is no FDA numbers on it. Where is my asprin? Oh, yea. That’s not good for me either!
Banana vs. Raspberry/Blackberry. OK, the berries win in the sugar comparison. What do we do for potasium? Marathon runners have died for lack of it.
How’d you feel when (highly respected) Dr. Michael Roizen, Founder of Real Age and brilliant medical expert, said on Joy Behar that he disagreed with your suggestions for losing belly fat? I think you could have been more respectful to him and I was glad to see you were called on your inaccuracies. Why don’t you take a sabbatical, practice integrity, and writer fewer books for a while?
