Alba isn't the only celeb mom whose baby follows a strict diet. Singer Erykah Badu told Celebrity Baby Blog that her 10-month-old son, Mars, is on a macrobiotic diet.
"It's different from being a vegan in that it goes a little bit deeper into the yin and yang of what a human being needs," Badu explained. "I always wanted to do it, but I didn't really understand the dynamics. Then, the more children you have, the more you get into health and holistic living. Which goes so far beyond being a vegan. I think they should know the benefits of having a healthy body."
Gwyneth Paltrow has said her family -- including children Moses, 3, and Apple, 5 -- are "pretty much vegetarian."
"We know it's the best diet for us and our kids, and of course for the animals and the environment," she said.

A Holiday Thought…
Aren’t humans amazing Animals? They kill wildlife - birds, deer, all kinds of cats, coyotes, beavers, groundhogs, mice and foxes by the million in order to protect their domestic animals and their feed.
Then they kill domestic animals by the billion and eat them. This in turn kills people by the million, because eating all those animals leads to degenerative - and fatal - - health conditions like heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, and cancer.
So then humans spend billions of dollars torturing and killing millions of more animals to look for cures for these diseases.
Elsewhere, millions of other human beings are being killed by hunger and malnutrition because food they could eat is being used to fatten domestic animals.
Meanwhile, few people recognize the absurdity of humans, who kill so easily and violently, and once a year send out cards praying for “Peace on Earth.”
