Things between exes Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman have taken a turn for the worse.

Gosselin, 32, and Glassman, 22, are currently involved in a dispute regarding items removed from the New York City apartment they shared -- and today, the former couple is hurling more accusations at each other.

According to the New York Post, Hailey has filed a harassment complaint with the NYPD, alleging that "she was pushed against a wall" on December 20. The document also alleges that Gosselin verbally abused her. The recently divorced "Jon and Kate Plus Eight" star is currently being investigated for the allegations. "The document speaks for itself," Glassman's laywer Stephanie Ovadia tells the Post.

Jon vehemently denies the allegations through his legal counsel, Mark Heller. "Jon is a lover, not a fighter," Heller tells the Post. "He's been rumored to steal a kiss here and there, but he has never been accused of landing a sucker punch."

The newspaper claims that the alleged incident occurred after Jon discovered a photo of Hailey kissing another man. "That picture started the whole thing, a picture of her kissing another man," a source says. Earlier, "[Hailey] found out he was cheating on her. She told him it was over."

tired, tired, tired of JON. I just remember all of the Kate haters, but I always saw why she had to act like that with him. He always acted surprised that the kids needed to be dressed or fed-I have a husband that did that at times and it is not forgetting, it is hoping that you just give up and do it yourself, hard with 2 kids, near impossible with 8, err, 9 kids. Shows now that he will not get a job saying that he is ‘unemployable’ in the private sector- BS-his money will run out soon and he WILL do lame reality shows like ‘I am a celebrity get me out of here’, Celebrity Fit Club, and maybe get in the Ring with Dustin Diamond-hard call on that one-maybe 3 in the ring and Mario can knock the 2 out.

Jon lost me when he said he was excited to start a new life because he lost his 20’s on the kids.. He’s a real douche…I keep seeing people writing about Holly….Who’s Holly ???…I must have missed that one…As for Hailey, her parents were enabler’s for Jon..What did they really think was going to happen with a guy (notice I didn’t say man) with 8 kids and a wife ?
Now pix of him shooting a gun at the home ?….Just a recipe for a huge mess!…He’ll either kill himself or the unthinkable that this year alot of loser fathers have turned to and I won’t even mention it here…

Makes one wonder what Kate went through during thier marriage to Jon !!!! One of his first interviews was’I was abused” I see he still has a blemish problem,theres 2 reasons for that,either his hygene is poor ot effects from drugs,given his behaviors Id say,drugs,I know I was there years ago and my face was as his.Whos he trying to kid ?What happened to his spiritual advisor ?That didnt last long.
Did Holly ,even,think he would be faithful to her,he couldnt to kate so what makes Holly different ? One a cheat always a cheat unless by some miricle hes reborn,but living in sin with Holly doesnt look like he was reborn.
Kate got my blessings,thats for sure and shes lucky she had rid herself of his baggage.hes gottn pudgy,sloppy,pimpled faced.Discusting.

Two words come to my mind when I think of Jon Gosselin….GROW UP. You are so selfish, if you wanted life to be all about you then you should have never decided to have babies. Any guy can father a child..but it takes a real man to be a dad. It takes putting your childrens happiness and welfare before yours, making every choice in your childrens best interest. All of Jons actions have been for his best interest…it seems you always want more, when you are already so abundently blessed. Marriage is work and you bailed when it got hard..I must say Kuddos to Kate…much respect for you..at least your back to 8 kids..Jon made it Kate plus 9. My thoughts and prayers are with you Kate, may God give you the strength to be a single mom of 8. I believe if anyone could it would be you Kate! God bless

What did she expect?????? A married man with 8 kids who cheats on his wife at the time & these women think they can change him???? Now that he is divorced & free of ties they think he is going to settle down???? Wake up girls!!!! I actually don’t feel too bad for these girls because they also cheaed with a married man & they knew what they were getting into….but they didn’t care because they wanted their 10 minutes of fame as well. As for Jon…you only got famous because you became a father of twins & then sextuplets…if you aske me you should not have gotten famous over this! You couldn’t even stick by them & fufill your duties as a husband/father! Your kids are the real stars. This kind of adds some truth to what Kate was saying all along about you. Stop being a PIG and be a father as those kids need you

Jon’s life has been one big reality show since splitting with kate. Now that was a boring show. Why don’t he and kate and hailey have cameras follow them now. much, much, better than the show. and jon, how can you afford to live on 72nd street and B’wy??
