"Extra" has learned Rachel Uchitel is in negotiations to pose for Playboy magazine.

Sources say the New York City nightclub hostess "wants a lot of money" and the deal is not finalized.

Uchitel, 34, was the first woman publicly outed as one of Tiger Woods' alleged mistresses. She has denied a relationship with the golfer.

CBS legal analyst Lisa Bloom, whose mother Gloria Allred represents Uchitel, says Woods struck a deal with the VIP hostess to keep her quiet about their alleged affair. Bloom believes the settlement was worth "at least a million dollars."

Reps for Playboy refused to comment.

UPDATE: Late Friday afternoon, Uchitel's attorney, Gloria Allred, issued this statement: "Rumors that Rachel Uchitel will be appearing in Playboy have been circulating. Those rumors are false. Rachel will not be appearing in Playboy."

Rachel-appears to love money but why doesn’t she contribute all of her recent monies over the past year to non-profit charities for each and every community that she resides.

She loves that money and her long-lasted 15 minutes of fame now embellished by her employment at extra. Qualifications as reported by media sources: home wrecker for money.

Unfortunately, these home wrecker’s usually get the mega bucks, life style and/or the man.

Thanks Rachel for fostering this continuation as a role model for many young women. Just think how many lives have been destroyed by your actions and the likes of you.

Time to think about giving to non-profit charities and do the right thing.

Good luck in the future but quit using the 9/11 event as your track record shows that you moved on immediatelhy.
