A 911 call released Tuesday revealed that David Hasselhoff was hospitalized over Thanksgiving weekend after he repeatedly fell over and couldn't stand up.

"My dad just... he's collapsed," David's daughter Hayley, 17, tearfully tells the 911 operator. "He's standing up but he keeps falling back down... but then he got back up and he's fine. It's kind of scaring me."

She continues, crying, "He fell over and stiffed up."

Later, an unidentified male caller gets on the phone and tells the fire department, "It's very, very bad here."

Hasselhoff, 57, was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and was released that weekend.

A rep for the "America's Got Talent" host declined to comment on rumors that Hasselhoff's hospitalization was alcohol related.

Hasselhoff's attorney, Mel Goldsman, denied reports that the former "Baywatch" star was held on psychiatric hold or had a seizure.

As a recovering alcoholic I can see what could possibly be one problem.
Long term use of alcohol will create numerous long term conditions one is that of inner ear deterioration which will affect balance. Maybe he does still drink I don’t know the man personally but even if he didn’t the problem could still be there.
Yes he did it to himself but still only the people who are around him know for certain.
I hope that he will put his family and health first and seek help.

Umm, she aint a kid dude, she is a young adult, which makes me wonder if there isnt some “acting” going on here for ulterior motives. “I am scared cause he is falling down” gimme a break, any normal human being of that age can tell if he is drunk, high or sick. If he is anything other than sick, you are only “scare” cause you are playing for a reason….Hmmm, what would that be?

Hayley is an old looking 16 yr. old…I remember seeing her pic when she was about 13/14…she looked older than her age then….
The Hoff had a seizure and on top of that he probably was drunk when the seizure occurred…not good. Hope he is doing fine now.

David who???!? Oh…. I remember him. His stupid show used to put me to sleep on Friday nights in the 80’s. David has fallen and he can’t get up. If I looked like him, I would put my head in the toilet and keep flushing until I didn’t look like him anymore. And speaking of toilets, him hosting a talent show??? Aren’t the hosts/judges supposed to have talent also?
