Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are looking to expand their airtime on TV.

Pratt, 26, and Montag, 23, are shopping a reality show to different television networks based on their "everyday lives."

"You don't get to see our everyday lives and what we do," Montag tells the Associated Press. The couple would also like to splice live segments into their show.

They want to stay on "The Hills" while filming their own series. MTV did not return comment to the AP.

The MTV stars are currently promoting their new book, "How to be Famous: Our Guide to Looking the Part, Playing the Press, and Becoming a Tabloid Fixture."

I agree with the above comment…Why do You (Extra) and all other network outlets feel it necessary to fill dead air space with these two, who are pretty much dead air space…People like them and John & Kate, and Carrie Prejean, who are desperatly seeking attention, so you waste ours by giving it to them. I hope you improve your standards and I really hope they all go away…..

Someone please tell me why these two get any kind of attention? Any of those spoiled kids from “The Hills”? Why?

Seriously, someone tell me why. If they were sitting in my living room, I wouldn’t talk to them.
