The "New Moon" star, 23, jokingly confirmed a laundry list of tabloid rumors about himself during an interview with Matt Lauer on the "Today" show Thursday morning.

Among the gossip? That he has been dating "literally nonstop," he's engaged to Kristen Stewart and that he suffered a drug overdose.

Pattinson kept a straight face for most of the tongue-in-cheek interview, but eventually burst out laughing, saying, "I actually come up with these rumors myself!"

Pattinson also opened up about his only regret during the "Twilight" mania.

"I had to change my teeth a little bit for the first movie, and that's the only regret I have," Pattinson explains. "I was supposed to do this brace thing, and I never wore the brace, and so now I've damaged my teeth permanently."
