The cover of Oprah in a Red dress and Ellen in a white suit wrapped in lights is much better. It shows character and higlights the comedy of Ellen’s personality. It is clearly Oprah’s mag. It took a lot of hutzpah on Ellen’s part to get there, the cover. And good for Ellen, why are only certain people allowed to love legally? I was very touched by the interview. Oprah gave a great interview, as always, and I was deeply touched by the love these two ladies have found. Good for them. One day I hope to be blessed by a marriage for myself between a man I love as much. I appreciated what Portia said when she dignified the legal right to marry, as many heterosexual couples seem to think marriage is not important these days. Marriage is a absolutely sacred right, and an important binding legal issue that deserves the dignity of a lasting commitment these two people seem to give it.

Ellen is all over like you-know-what. And now she is going to invade American Idol? No way, Jose. She has her own show; Idol belongs to Simon, Ryan, Randy, Kara, and Paula, who needs to change her mind and come back, and stop this potential disaster before it begins.
