I am just like the others. You changed my password twice on 2 simultaeous e-mails one right after the other. Hard to get in quickly.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I entered to win my first day on this site Oct 4th 2009 it work fine with my password then today Oct 6th 2009 I tried to do it and it did not let me use my password or the new one they sent me…. Please fix this problem with your site.

This new site is too difficult, will no longer accept the password I have had since the start? Wow, I will not waste my time here any longer.

I have previously signed in as a Extra Friend and now that I want to sign in for the Stellina lounge wear I am not able to sign in for it. I have been repeatly trying to log on even when I have tried changing my pass code I am close to giving up with this. Can anyone give me a clue as to why this is happing? Thank you

When I sign in and register for extra friend give away it seems like your site looses my password and wants me to make another one. Why do we sign up if you never give us a chance to actually win something, or at least let us believe we might…

I have to say when Extra first started the “giveaways” I accepted that there would be errors. It seems since that time there hasn’t been any improvement in the user experience on this web site. In fact I feel in some ways it has become more difficult to use. It needs an IT overhaul. You have a good program. Make your website match it.
