A paparazzo rear-ended Nicole Richie's car in Beverly Hills. The socialite is reportedly complaining of pain from the accident.

According to TMZ, the former "Simple Life" star was out and about in Beverly Hills when a shutterbug rear-ended her car. Sources on the scene tell the website that Richie is in pain -- and will see her private doctors for treatment.

The report claims the driver of the other car is being cited for driving without a license, and his car is being impounded.

When will someone do something to control these crazy Pap people. Actors are in danger everyday. They owe us good entertainment not their lives. Please stop this before there is another Princess Diana incident. PLEASE someone do something!!

These paparazzi nuts are going too far and recklessly endanger peoples lives while trying to take a picture! I say enough in enough and start imposing some restrictions to prevent further injuries and harm.
