TLC should stop doing the show. It is not good for these kids to grow up like this. They already have no sense of what a normal life is like. Kate needs to invest the money she has made so far, and do the best she can now for these kids without having them on TV any longer. Jon is calling for an end to the show - they are his kids too. It should be stopped.

Kate is doing this for her for her kids and of course for herself. This show is not hurting her children adn why is it that everyone gives her such a hard time. She is not the one that cheated and walked out on her marriage adn the eight children. People give her crap for having a babysitter to help out with the eight children but no one seems to mind that john spends 70K on a car for his girlfriend but Kate can’t spend money to see that her children are all attended to. How else do you get eight children to events, sports, school functions without help.

TLC does not care about these children.
This show should have been off the air long before this. I will not be watching any shows on TLC.

Kate is a witch and deservers everything Jon is doing to her. This isn’t the first time Jon has said he doesn’t want to do the show. He always gave in to Kate ” yes honey what ever you want honey” I’m glad he is standing up for himself and his kids!! There are lots of big families in the real world and they will be just fine living like the rest of us.
What I think needs to happen is: stop the show, stop photo graphing them, stop putting J & K on talk shows and keep the garbage private. Because the kids will be damaged when they get older and have access to the footage of their parents acting like idiots!!!

Imagine if you were 5 or 9 years old, and your parents were fighting as viciously as these two are, and all your friends and everybody you knew was bombarded every day with the most ridiculous rumours and maybe even facts on TV about them. What if all your friends heard your mom yell at you, describe your potty training, make fun of you, dismiss you and stereotype you.

How would you feel?

Leave these people alone. Think back Kate treated John like he was stupid. She needs to slow here roll. Quit being so anal. If the had just took a few days a month to be alone together. To stay emotionally connected this mess may not have happened. I love the show, namely the kids. But it her fault she drove him away. Appeciate your baby daddy, witch. Keep the show.

TLC does NOT care about the Gosselin children, or they would have pulled this show long ago. But…they, like Kate, like the $ and ratings so they plodded on, exploiting these children and destroying the Gosselins’ marriage. Sad to see Jon behaving like a young guy, but more disgusting is to witness Kate trying desperately to justify the exploitation of 8 children she has born. I have 8 kids, too, but I’d NEVER trade their childhoods/psyches for $.

I never watched a full episode and I never will. What makes these people act the way they do? The only way they got on a stupid show was because they have 8 kids? What the hell is this world coming to! They’re nobody and just another face in the crowd. Take them off the show and fill your tv spot with something better, maybe an earth show and not about stupid people having kids which seems to be a trend for the rich and the poor!

I think John is just a tool! After all these years you want your kids off the show? Whatever. What are you going to do with your life if the show ends…thus the money ends…thus your lavish lifestyle ends? Oh, that’s right…you’d have to get a job to support yourself and your family!

Of course they are being exploited!!! what other word is there? I believe if he has the best interest in his kids and is not working yo provide foe all 8 kids and she is to provide for her children then he should not stand in the way of that after all he did not have a problem when he was on the payroll why all of the sudden a change of heart.G
