Elle magazine's 16th Annual Women in Hollywood gala is approaching, and "Extra" has an exclusive first look at the special issue of Elle, featuring five different covers.

I say that Emily Blunt/Julianne Moore.Katie Holmes.Renee Zellweger.Zoe Saldana are good Role models for young women.Plus size model Crystal Renn is a Bad Role Model Telling Them to be Plus-sizs.Thats setting a Bad Example.Go Away Crystal Renn.
