I am a 14-year survivor. I walk every year in the Denver 5K walk. I look forward to the walk, as I see friends back every year, which is very inspirational, and as Melissa commented on Extra today, I look at my cancer as a way to think, eat, healthy. I stopped smoking, cold turkey, after 30 years, and eat much healthier than I ever had, and exercise as well. Thinking positive and the support I have been given has been overwhelming.
