The time has arrived. Adam Lambert is not just an "American Idol" finalist, he's a recording artist!

Lambert debuted his first single from his upcoming album, "For Your Entertainment," on Ryan Seacrest's morning radio show. "It's dance music with a glam rock shuffle beat," Lambert told Seacrest.

Earlier this week, the "Idol" runner-up released the cover of his upcoming album and was criticized for the exceptionally glamorous photo, which Lambert defended this morning. "I was really happy with it," he said. "It really wasn't supposed to be taken seriously."

Lambert's album "For Your Entertainment" will be released Nov. 23.

I’m so tired of hearing closed minded people say blah blah blah against people who are gay or Lebians or different. There really is no tolerance for folks who are so ignorant. Adam Lambert is the biggest break out artist this year and he is changing the music industry. He is changing cultural norms. He did nothing different from the rest of the performers except he was a gay male doing them so it suddenly attracted attention. Whatever. Folks need to get over it.

I like a good song as much as the next person, but Adam Lambert is mistaken if he thinks this “push the envelope” debut will get him anywhere. America was willing to tolerate his lifestyle as long as he kept it fairly subdued, but pushing the over-the-top gay or bisexual promiscuity (I mean, shoving a guys head in his crotch?) will get shut down by the American public. You just watch - he’s gonna fizzle.

I LOVE this song!!!! It’s a hit!!!!! I can’t wait for the CD!!! Adam is just beyond AMAZING!!! With a single and album titled For Your Entertainment, Adam should do a promo tour of FYE (For Your Entertainment) stores around the country. I have one near where I live and another near where I work, so how about it, Adam?

For months people were reporting that Adam was going to be the next Rocker and lead singer for Kiss. LOL

Seems like he was more interested in being the next Britney Spears or Lady Gaga instead.
