"Gossip Girl" beauty Leighton Meester channeled a blood-sucking chic look, a la Evan Rachel Wood's "True Blood" character Sophie-Anne Leclerq, at the Emmy Awards in L.A. on Sunday.

The 23-year-old fashionista slipped into a white Bottega Veneta dress accented with Cathy Waterman jewels. Meester presented the award for Directing in a Comedy Series alongside her "Gossip Girl" co-star Blake Lively.
