VOTE: End of 'Jon and Kate'?

Ratings are steadily declining for 'Jon and Kate Plus 8.'

Ratings are steadily declining for "Jon and Kate Plus 8." Only 3.5 million viewers tuned in for Monday's show on TLC.

That number is down 4 million viewers from the previous week. A record 10.6 million tuned in when Kate and Jon Gosselin announced their separation in June.

Mediaweek's Senior Television Editor Marc Berman tells Us Weekly, "Once all of this dies down and Jon and Kate aren't in the news anymore, this could be a problem for the show." He adds, "They divorce, they move on with their lives and so do the viewers."

Berman says Sonny and Cher are another example. When the musical couple split, Cher got her own show and Sonny got his, but Berman says, "It didn't work."

"Extra" wants to know -- Is this the end of "Jon and Kate Plus 8"?

I enjoy Kate and the children. Jon didn’t just become this womanizer but God’s his judge not me. If Kate can handle the show alone than let her. At least she seems to be leading a productive life and earning a living so let him go. All he does is get shown with his latest fling and YES I’d be mad as a wet hen if he brought home a waitress he picked up at Legends, spends the night in his garage apt & says she’s the kids new babysitter. This guy needs to use his correct head and get lost. He’s the one living off Kate and the KIDS and I dont’t consider him America’s Favorite Dad anymore the Michael Lohan is. Give us a break. He didn’t have a job when the sextuplets were born and after a year he gets one and gets fired. And it’s all Kate’s fault. RIGHT!!!!

For God sake, I don’t need to waste my time on their life. There are lots of other TV program to watch.

This poll is being spammed by a Kate Gosselin hate-blog. It’s too bad some of these bored women don’t get lives and step away from their computers, ick.
