'True Blood' Engagement
Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are engaged! The on-and-off-screen "True Blood" stars are ready to tie the knot, their reps confirmed to USmagazine.com.
The loving co-stars went public last February after dating since they first met at the "True Blood" audition a little more than a year ago.
The hunky vampire, 39, praised his bride-to-be, 27. "It's just exciting, and that was there from day one," Moyer told Us mag, adding, "We always take the p--- out of each other and are silly with each other, and it is great. We're very, very happy. She's the best."
Moyer is currently splitting his time between L.A. with Paquin, and London with his children from a previous relationship.

While I would be happy for them and wish them the very best, this is an amazing show, and now I worry about its future. I’ve read that they started dating 6 months ago, and now they’re engaged, which is a pretty short time to date before getting engaged. Especially when Moyer is 39, has two children from previous relationships, chose not to get married before now, and is engaged to s co-worker. I just can’t be happy about this. This could really be the nail in the coffin for this show. When the stuff hits the fan, they’re going to have a lot of trouble working together as a tv show couple.
