On Extra Tv Saturday August 27 tjere was a anti-aging skin cream that I had trouble getting the name. What I did get was NO 7. This I guess is over the counter and was said to be the very best. I am 67 years old and tired of trying things that do not work.

Paula Begoun is a dermatologist who was on The Doctors and she has a book called Don’t Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me, 7th Edition. The book rates low and high end of all kinds of products. It is listed alphabetically and then a summary at the end of the book. There is info on what ingredients to look for in products. Must have book.
