Pop mom Britney Spears showed off her bikini bod in a hot white swimsuit, high heels and mega-jewels. The 27-year-old posed for the camera at a poolside photo shoot at the Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Brit's "Circus" world tour definitely helped slim her down, but "Extra" Lifechanger and cosmetic surgeon Dr. John Diaz believes the "Stronger" singer may have had a little help. Diaz says, "When a woman's had two children like Britney has, it's really difficult to get as toned as she is now." Dr. Diaz has never worked with Spears, but he tells "Extra," "I'm suspicious that she may have had some kind of liposuction."
