I totally agree that this is an unacceptable reaction, but I just want to point something out to Uncontainable Spirit about the word “allegedly”. That’s a legal term. I could watch a guy murder someone and he would be termed the “alleged” murderer until he’s been found guilty in a court of law. It doesn’t mean that there’s no proof. It means it hasn’t been deemed as fact.. yet.

I am obviously behind on this, but why is this funny? Domestic violence is atrocious regardless of which spouse is the perpetrator…wrong is wrong. And anyone who reacts to violence with even greater violence IS the bad guy or gal. This a violent act carried out by a possibly paranoid individual on her spouse. Those that find this funny because the violence was perpetrated on a supposedly unfaithful husband by his wife have issues.
