Hey Dr. Gabe I saw you on Current.Com talking about Michael Jackson and it led me right back to extratv.com’s story from June. I just love your sensibility to all of the stories and celebrities you cover. You don’t get in the way of the story and we fans like that. When it’s not about you, keep it that way! Thanks for maintaining your integrity, Doc! there’s a growing number of us out here watching all of you doctors, and I have to say word is UR merging as leader of the new pack!

Hey Dr. Gabe you have quite a little following, that’s so cute. Maybe if you get some dimples, you’ll be just as cute as Mario! Love the hair, though!

Hey what do you think about Michael’s mom and dad first being against the This is It Movie?
Do you think this is selling Michael out? What do you think Michael would want. I hope he’s at peace and happy about how we his fans are remembering him. Is it possible for him to know what we’re doing to try and remember.

I know dr gabe it’s a lot of questions, but hey, you know.

Dr. Gabe

I was looking at your video on Michael Jackson’s childhood trauma. It kind of blew me away a bit. I think we all kinda forget that Michael had a number of events to sort out in his life—we’re all caught up in his stage presence and forget he was human with imperfect parents like the rest of us.
Guess maybe that’s why he loved the stage so much—he could escape and forget, too.
BTW anybody ever tell you that you bear a remarkable resemblance to Mr. Michael Jackson, prior to his lightening procedures? Aren’t you a bit of a looker, Dr. Gabe (tongue & cheek!) hope u don’t mind, cutie!

Dr. Gabe how do you think Michael’s death being ruled as a homocide will affect his kids, especially that precious little girl, Paris?

Dr. Gabe,

Seriously, you always seem to have sincere, yet realistic advice for what ails or goes awry! I’m so impressed because you’re fair yet tough without being cruel. Mm….I think it’s those piercing loving beautiful EYES that looks right through a gal!
I took some psychology classes before, my uncle’s a therapist, (Master’s not doctor) but he says you really are quite the competent professional. I know that’s the validation you’ve been waiting for (lol) No, but seriously, he doesn’t give out compliments at all to know one, (especially African-Americans!) I probably shouldn’t tell you that, but I don’t care, he’s a prick and you are one terrific doc, Dr. Gabe!! Hey, you changed my uncle’s mind!

Dr. Gabe, I agree with everything you said. The world can be very cruel. They will never really understand the relationship between his children and him. He was the only father that they knew and that is all that matters.

Dr. Gabe,
How does one heal from traumatic events that occurs in their childhood that prevents them from living a totally happy and fulfulling adult life.

More and more we see people need real love poured into their lives. Thank you for keeping it real.

You seem really sincere and that is something you do not see a whole lot of these days.

Dr Gabe,

Sticks and stones may break our bones but the words or the absence of words of a father not filled with love and wisdom can put us on a road of self-destruction. It would be nice if our talents was enough to numb the emotional pain of our chilhood. NOT!

Dr. Gabe

My question is how can a relationship that has been tainted from verbal/physical abuse be fixed. Not fixed but get rid of the anxiety of it happening again. A promise only goes so far and to my understanding physical abuse comes from childhood abuse, what if you were never abused as a child? what if the use of physical harm to someone you loved scared you just as much as the abused…

Dr. Gabe, You are a young doctor and it is so motivating for me to keep my eye on the prize. I learned so much. You really allowed yourself to be open and tell us stories about yourself. I loved the Denny’s story because it really showed a part that was naked and you exposed your struggles to get where you are now. I loved that humble moment. Keep doing what you are doing for your students, patients, and the world. I can’t believe that I actually met you! It was wonderful! And so were you!

Thank you
