Rupert Grint recently caught the the swine flu and had to take a few days off of filming the seventh “Harry Potter” movie.

Rupert Grint used part of his salary from “Harry Potter” to buy an ice cream truck!

Like Ron, Rupert comes from a big family. He is the eldest of five siblings.

The only acting Rupert had ever done before the “Harry Potter” movies was in school, playing a donkey in a nativity play, a fish in “Noah’s Ark” and Rump in “Rumpelstiltskin.”
6. Rapping Rupert
Rupert dressed up like his female drama teacher and rapped about Ron Weasley in his audition tape.
7. Ron Style
During the filming of the third movie, director Alfonso Cuaron assigned Rupert to write an essay about his character. Grint didn’t complete it, claiming, “That’s what Ron would have done.”
8. Secret Talent
Rupert knows how to ride a unicycle. He learned after getting one for his 14th birthday.
9. "Amazingly Lazy"
According to co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, Rupert is “amazingly lazy.”
